Download a NES emulator, just google it. Then google NES roms, and find Super Mario.
It’s not illeagal….. No one has ever got in trouble for it.

You can download Super Mario arcade game from the Wii Virtual Console for 500 points or you can get one of these GBA games that come packaged with the game:
Super Mario Advance: Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Mario Advance 3: Super Mario World
Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3
Mario and Luigi Super Star Saga
Not sure about Super Mario Advance 2: Yoshi’s Island.
NES Emulator online or on the Wii by downloading it from the Wii Shop Channel.
