I am trying to follow this video and one of the tri-wing screws on my DS won’t come out. It won’t loosen at all! I am afraid I am going to strip the screw head and then what. Does anyone have any suggestions. By the way great video.

Very good video. Took me about 3 hours with this instruction to repair my sons broken nintendo ds lite, and I don’t have any experience with computers. Had some trouble with the ribbon cable, but I’ve managed to get then nintendo fixed. Saved me about 60 euro’s.

There is no real way to repair the hinge when it is broken only replace it.

@dffydee I think repair is synonymous with fix, I also thought that this was a fix without using new parts!

black wire is antennna, and white wire is microphone
